Financial and law professionals analyse, report and give advice on the financial and legal dealings of industry organisations and individuals, and advise on associated record-keeping and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities may include the preparation of financial and/or legal documents, oversee legal requirements of the company and advise in areas of worker compensation, native title and environmental responsibility, develop accounting and management policies and procedures, and ensure appropriate liability insurances are in place.
